We do NOT store credit/debit card numbers, UPI IDs, banking login details or OTPs. These are securely handled by third-party compliant payment gateways.

2.5 Instagram Integration Data

Where a User voluntarily connects an Instagram Business or Creator Account to the Platform, We may collect and process the following information through Meta's Instagram Graph API:

• Instagram username and user ID
• Access tokens required for secure API authentication and account verification
• Instagram media data including Reel URLs, views, likes, engagement metrics and related performance insights
• Facebook Page information associated with the connected Instagram account
• Account status and permissions granted through Meta authorization

Such information is collected solely for the purpose of providing Instagram integration features and related Services.

3. Purpose of Collecting Information

We may use the collected information for legitimate business and operational purposes including:

• Creating and managing User accounts
• Providing access to purchased courses or Services
• Improving user experience, platform performance and content relevance
• Communicating relevant service updates, reminders or support notifications
• Detecting unauthorized access, misuse or fraudulent activity
• Complying with legal, compliance, taxation or audit requirements

3A. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

We process personal information based on one or more of the following legal grounds:

• Consent: When You voluntarily provide information or agree to processing.
• Contractual Necessity: When processing is required to fulfill or provide access to the Services You have purchased or requested.

Where Instagram integration is enabled, we may use Instagram account information for the following purposes:

• Displaying connected Instagram account information within the User dashboard
• Fetching and displaying insights and performance metrics for Reels submitted through the Platform
• Calculating creator, affiliate, freelancer, partner or incentive-based payments linked to content performance
• Verifying account ownership and eligibility for platform features
• Maintaining platform functionality and reporting capabilities

The Company does not publish, edit, delete, modify or manage content on behalf of Users through Instagram integration.

4. Information Sharing Practices

We may share limited information only with trusted Third-Party Service Providers including:

• Payment processors
• Cloud hosting platforms
• Communication and analytics tools

We may disclose information if required under:

• Court orders
• Law enforcement requests
• Regulatory authority requirements

We do NOT sell, rent or trade personal information.

4A. Instagram Data Sharing

Instagram-related information obtained through Meta APIs is not sold, rented, traded or disclosed to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Such information is used solely within the IDigitalPreneur platform to provide Services requested by the User.

Certain anonymized or aggregated usage information may be processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technology

Cookies and similar tracking technologies may be used to:

• Save login sessions
• Personalize User experience
• Improve navigation speed
• Generate analytics and improve platform quality

Users may disable cookies through browser settings; however, certain functionalities may be affected.

6. Data Security and Storage

We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect stored information including:

• Monitoring and layered security protections

No digital storage or transmission method can guarantee 100% security.

6A. International Transfer of Information

7A. Retention of Instagram Data

Instagram integration data shall be retained only for as long as the User maintains an active connection between the Platform and the Instagram account.

Users may disconnect their Instagram account at any time. Upon disconnection, associated access tokens and Instagram-related information shall be deleted, anonymized or rendered inaccessible except where retention is required by law, audit obligations, fraud prevention requirements or dispute resolution processes.

8. User Rights

Depending on applicable laws, you may request to:

• Access stored information
• Update or correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion where legally permitted
• Withdraw consent from marketing or communication

Requests must be made via official support channels.

8A. Consent and Withdrawal

By accessing or using the Services, You provide explicit consent for the collection, storage and processing of Your Personal Information in accordance with this Policy.

Users who connect Instagram accounts may request:
