1. A customer can request a refund within 24 hours of making a purchase from IDigitalPreneur.
2. After 24 hours of purchase, no refunds will be issued for packages purchased directly from the IDigitalPreneur website or through an affiliate link. This policy applies to all customers, regardless of the circumstances.
3. Additionally, if you have upgraded your package with IDigitalPreneur, you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
In case of a refund, a payment gateway fee of 2% of the paid amount and a processing fee of 5% of the paid amount will be deducted from the total refund amount.
