I’m Sualiha Khalil, a passionate calligraphy artist and teacher with years of experience in teaching Nastaliq and artistic calligraphy. I have been working as a Calligraphy Faculty at Al-Barkaat Centre for Computer Science & Language, Aligarh since 2017, where I teach various artistic techniques including calligraphy, canvas painting, watercolor, acrylics, mural work, and oil painting. With a strong passion for creativity and education, I focus on helping students develop artistic skills through practical learning and professional guidance.
Awarded second prize in “Darakshan – Ek Jashn Urdu Ka” (2016), won a silver medal at the National Art Exhibition (ArtNiche) in 2017, and participated in multiple international virtual exhibitions including Joint International Arabic Calligraphy between Iraq & India, Lotus Libya Exhibition, and Indo-Lithuania International Exhibition. Organized the All India Calligraphy Competition in collaboration with NCPUL, participated in the International Art Camp at West Zone Cultural Center, Udaipur, and was invited as a judge and resource person at various educational and cultural institutions including Aligarh Muslim University and Minority Development Society.
